Privacy Policy
Ludwig Enterprises, Inc. ("we", "our") offers an at-home cancer screening kit (Revealia™) that uses a simple cheek swab and AI-based analysis of 48 mRNA biomarkers. We collect personal and health information when you use our site or purchase a kit. This includes contact details (name, address, email, payment data) and the health data derived from your cheek-swab sample. For example, our testing platform analyzes 48 mRNA biomarker values related to cancer, and all such data (orders, results, genomic readings) are stored on a secure, HIPAA-compliant network. (Ludwig notes it is not formally a HIPAA-covered entity, but we nonetheless treat your sensitive health information with strict confidentiality.)
Information We Collect: We gather data you provide (when creating an account, ordering a kit, or submitting a sample) and technical data (such as device/browser information, logs, and cookies). The test sample results, and related health information are treated as protected health information.
Use of Information: We use your information to process orders, ship kits, analyze your sample at our CLIA/CAP-certified lab, and communicate results. Our contracted laboratory (through partners such as Grace Health Technology) performs the screening and shares results with us under strict confidentiality. We may also use de-identified aggregate data for research and product improvement.
Data Security: We implement industry-standard safeguards (encryption, access controls, secure servers) to protect your data. All sample results and personal health information are encrypted in storage and transit. As noted, Ludwig intends to comply with privacy standards like HIPAA and CCPA, and we follow those guidelines to protect your data. Only authorized personnel and service providers may access your data.
Sharing of Information: We do not sell your personal or health data. We share data only as needed: for example, with shipping carriers to deliver kits, with payment processors to charge your order, and with our lab partners to perform the test. All third parties are required to maintain confidentiality. We also comply with legal requirements (e.g. subpoena, public health reporting) if applicable.
Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies on our website to improve your experience. See our Cookies Policy below for details.
Your Rights: If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to access, correct, or delete your personal information and to opt out of certain data uses. We will honor valid requests as required by law.
Updates to Policy: We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top reflects the latest version. We encourage you to review it periodically.
